Never surfed or tried once. We'll teach you ocean safety, paddling, popping up, and catching your first waves.
You'll achieve
Standing up on whitewater waves by session 2–3.
Intermediate
You can stand and ride whitewater. Now it's time for green waves — reading the lineup, timing take-offs, and basic turns.
You'll achieve
Catching unbroken waves and starting to carve.
Advanced Coaching
You surf green waves consistently. Refine your technique — bottom turns, cutbacks, tube positioning, and wave selection.

Beginner Group Lesson

Varkala has waves year-round. Peak season (Nov–Mar) offers the best conditions for beginners. Monsoon swells (Jun–Sep) bring bigger waves for experienced surfers.
